Fred Holland - Music For Space Travel

Fred Holland says: "Hello! My name is Fred Holland and I wanted to tell you a little bit about the music I make. I compose Ambient music for the most part. While Ambient can cover a wide range of styles, instruments, even timing, and subject. It can be wonderfully complex or elegantly simple. I focus on the more simple approach, often choosing a topic or subject as the inspiration. Ultimately I attempt to create a sense of calm, peace, and serenity for the listener. I feel in this often chaotic life anything that helps us find some inner peace is worth seeking out.

I am a guitarist and a keyboard musician. Most of my music uses both types of instruments to create sounds that I find interesting, soothing, or creating a sonic picture of what subject I have chosen (Sunlight in the Forest is an example, or “Beautiful Storm”). I hope you find this music enjoyable, that it helps you find calm in your day-to-day comings and goings.
